Savor the talents of Executive Chef Allen Dowe -
Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Chef Allen began his culinary arts career 25 years ago and worked as Executive Chef for the Columbus Convention Center and at top fine-dining restaurants in the Columbus area. Since relocating to Arizona, he has been Chef at two of Scottsdale's premier four-star resorts. He joined ABT in January 2006, receiving rave reviews for his spectacular entree creations!
