Chef Allen Dowe began his career in the culinary arts 25 years ago, mentored by some of Columbus, Ohio's renowned chefs. Before relocating to Arizona 11 years ago, Chef Allen was Executive Chef of the Columbus Convention Center and at top fine-dining restaurants in the Columbus area. Since his relocation to Arizona, he has become Chef with two of Scottsdale's premier four-star resorts. Chef Allen joined Arizona Broadway Theatre in early 2006 in conjunction with the grand opening of the new dinner theatre.

FIRST COURSE

BLT Salad with iceberg and hot house bibb lettuce, apple-wood smoked
bacon, vine-ripened tomatoes, lemon herb-scented vinaigrette.

Champagne-Infused Fresh Strawberry Melon Gazpacho
and cucumber compote.

MAIN COURSE

Grilled Short Ribs glazed with savory root beer barbeque sauce served with roasted potato masher.

Marinated Seared Breast of Chicken with skillet potatoes and fire-roasted red pepper pesto cream sauce.

Dutch Oven Fried Pork Chop with apple brandy butter sauce, showcased with roasted potato masher.
